Fast Food Outlets Sued Because Their Customers Are Fat
The New York Post reports that McDonalds, Kentucky Chicken and Burger King, among others, are being sued by customers who claim the chains intentionally serve food loaded in fat. "The fast-food industry has wrecked my life," said the lead plaintiff, a maintenance supervisor from The Bronx. "I was conned, I was fooled, I was tricked." He claims he had no idea that the food might be bad for him. Will this case be chucked out of court?
