The Third World versus the West

Islamic terrorist incidents against the West are signs of the Third World’s revolt by proxy against a global order that offers no realistic hope to the poorest nations......Therefore, the two motors of change must run in parallel: military security and economic reform. This will require a grand strategy accepted and supported by the industrial world and as widely as possible elsewhere. There is no question that the world’s only remaining superpower, the US, must remain in the lead and the world should be grateful for that; but US intentions must be known and accepted. Otherwise unilateralism means only the dictatorship of an administration with a particular political ideology – in an NBC world that is far too dangerous.
Military? Nuclear anymore? Or just drawn away all has been created? And, US take a lead? How about another moguls? We should think a long way from that.
